At Anchor Data Systems the vast majority of EPoS and general system problems that are reported to our Service Department get resolved within a few minutes over the telephone or via online remote assistance.

Customers can expect cover from 9am – 5.30pm (weekdays) and 9am – 1pm (Saturdays).

We provide this essential service at no extra cost to all of our customers covered by Maintenance Contract and Rental Agreement.

Additional out-of-hours support can be arranged at an extra cost. Customers without relevant cover can avail of support on an individual chargeable basis.

All of our products come with a warranty as standard (usually one year unless specified) and varying maintenance options. After these expire you then have the option to extend your warranty and support by way of an annual maintenance contract. Frequently we offer maintenance cover on equipment that was not originally supplied by us (subject to terms & conditions) and significant discounts on longer term (3 years plus) maintenance contracts.

We can facilitate credit/debit card payments for all chargeable work although only during office hours.
