As part of ADS Touch Office we ‘snapshot’ a copy of your local POS solution. In the event of hardware failure we are able to restore the POS terminal to its last known restore point for quick system recovery. This service is provided as a fail-safe system recovery for our support team and is not a substitute for your own backup processes.
