ANCHOR DATA SYSTEMS (NI) LIMITED : DELIVERY & RETURNS GUIDANCE
BACKGROUND:
This Delivery and Returns guidance policy sets out the terms under which Goods are delivered by Us to and returned to Us from business customers through this website, www.anchordata.co.uk (“Our Site”). Please read this Delivery and Returns guidance carefully and ensure that you understand it before ordering any Goods from Our Site. You are expected to read and accept this guidance prior to ordering Goods. If you do not agree to comply with and be bound by this guidance, you will not be able to order Goods through Our Site. This guidance policy, as well as any and all Contracts are in the English language only.

Deliveries:

- Wherever possible, we the company will deliver from stock. Certain items are subject to a carriage cost direct from the Manufacturer or Master UK/Irish Distributor. In such cases, you will be contacted before your Order is processed.

- Please provide us with a contact telephone number plus other relevant contact details at checkout. Failure to do so may result in the despatch of your Order being delayed.

- Typical delivery regions include: Northern Ireland, UK, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Channel Islands.

- Delivery charges to islands, highlands, remote areas or other worldwide destinations may be subject to quotation and may take longer. If this occurs, your Order will be held until additional delivery charges have been confirmed and agreed.

- Delivery times given are best estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

- Off-loading – the buyer will be deemed responsible for providing facilities for off-loading delivery vehicles.

- Delivery of large items are to clear, level, ground floor access only and does not include negotiating lifts, steps or stairs.

- Customers are responsible for checking that products ordered will fit through access points into their premises.

- Any aborted or failed delivery costs will be passed to the customer.

- Any failed or refused delivery charges from suppliers will be passed onto the customer where appropriate.

- Goods must be checked on receipt before you sign the delivery note, any Goods not checked and signed for may not be able to be claimed for should any issues arise through damage.

- Anchor Data Systems (NI) Ltd will only be held liable for damaged Goods when signed for as ‘DAMAGED’. If unable to check the items at the time of delivery, please sign for as ‘DAMAGED’.

- All damages and/or short deliveries must be notified within 1 working day. Please ensure Goods delivered are checked before signing the delivery note otherwise claims for damages and/or shortages may not be accepted.
Returns:

- Goods are not sold on a trial basis. Customers should check specifications and suitability before ordering.

- Anchor Data Systems (NI) Ltd does not warrant the suitability of Goods for specific applications.

- Goods supplied to you by special order, that are not listed in our catalogue or website may not be returned unless they are faulty or damaged on delivery.

- Goods which have been incorrectly ordered or are unsuitable will only be accepted for return with prior approval from Anchor Data Systems (NI) Ltd.

- Goods approved for return to us will only be accepted back within 7 days of delivery to you, if they are correctly packed in the original packaging, with original manuals and have not been used. A restocking charge of 25% may be levied on all such Goods.

- Goods may not be returned without prior authorisation and a Goods Return Authorisation number (aka RMA number) from Anchor Data Systems (NI) Ltd. This can be obtained by contacting our customer service team by calling +44 (0) 28 9074 0315, or emailing enquiries@anchordata.co.uk.

- Customers are responsible for returning Goods, ensuring returned Goods are suitably packed and obtaining necessary proof of delivery (POD) and receipt.
